- Ownership or hosting of a short-term rental property on the SR-108 corridor between Jamestown and Kennedy Meadows Road.
- A Tuolumne County Transient Occupancy Certificate Number
- Compliance with Tuolumne County Health & Safety Ordinance 8.70 (Inspection of short-term rentals)
- A pledge that any booking request generated via "Stay on Sonora Pass" not be directed through a commissioned OTA
- Payment, rates appear below
Rates
Listing fee: $200 for calendar year or portion of calendar year. Funds pay for website and marketing SOSP. The listing fee
includes property page with contact form, optional calendar, optional website link, and placement on the property map.
Local Contact fee: $15 a month billed annually (prorated) at the beginning of each calendar year. All funds go to website marketing.
