We require the following for placement of a listing:
- Ownership or hosting of a short-term rental property on the SR-108 corridor between Jamestown and Kennedy Meadows Road.
- A Tuolumne County Transient Occupancy Certificate
- Compliance with Tuolumne County Health & Safety Ordinance 8.70 (Inspection of short-term rentals)
- A pledge that any booking request generated via "Stay on Sonora Pass" not be directed through a commissioned OTA
- Payment, rates appear below
Rates
Listing fee: $100 annually or $25 a quarter. Funds pay for website and marketing SOSP. The listing fee
includes property page with contact form, optional calendar, optional website link, and placement on the property map.
Local Contact fee: $25 annually at the beginning of each calendar year. All funds go to website marketing.
