Cozy Bear Cabin is in the gated community of Sierra Park, just west of Long Barn. The cabin has been remodeled and has a main room provides plenty of space for gatherings and 4 bedrooms which comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. A large deck provides additional living space and features an outdoor dining table and a propane grill. Explore the surrounding forest trails or enjoy the park’s amenities by walking to the playground or the private lake and beach. Cozy Bear Cabin even provides a paddle board and kayaks to use!
The main floor features an open floor plan living area with a newly remodeled kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Downstairs you'll find two bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom full bath. One bedroom has its own private deck. The other has a bunk bed and trundle, toys, books and movies making it perfect for kids!
Additional amenities include a Level 2 EV charger, plenty of parking, close proximity to the park, volleyball and
basketball courts, lake, and plenty of pine trees.
